OK Nozzle Ultra-Fine-Bubble (nano bubble) generation amount(PDF)
Features and applications of Loop flow fine bubble generation OK Nozzle (PDF)

From August 9th to 11th, 2012, a lecture by the Japanese Society for Multiphase Flow was held at the University of Tokyo, Kashiwa Campus, and I gave a lecture focusing on “measurement results of ultra-fine-bubbles (nano bubbles) generation”.

Mechanism of cleaning silicon wafer(PDF)

AIST: Dr. Akira Yabe
We received a valuable experimental data about the force and the shock waves when the ultra-fine-bubbles burst which is one of the cleaning mechanisms.

Development of high-performance metal nanoparticles by submerged bubble plasma method (Ⅱ)(PDF)

Kyoto Prefectural Technology center for Small and Medium Enterprises : Takeshi Matsunobu
An experiment to produce metal nanoparticles in which a loop flow OK Nozzle (OKE-MB500mL) is used to perform plasma discharge while injecting water containing microbubbles at a water volume of 500 mL per minute between electrodes.
