How much ultra-fine-bubbles (nanobubbles) does OK Nozzle generate?

A

The loop flow OK Nozzle generates about 400 ultra-fine-bubbles/mL per min. Please see the data measured by NanoSite's measuring instrument and the data measured by Shimadzu Corporation.

What is “fine bubbles”?

A

Fine bubbles are a general term for micro bubbles and ultra-fine-bubbles (nano bubbles).

What is the difference between microbubbles and nanobubbles?

A

Bubbles with a diameter of 1 to 100 micrometers are called "microbubbles", and bubbles with a diameter under 1 micrometer or less are called "ultra-fine-bubbles".

A

Fine bubbles have a wide range of uses, from home to agriculture, aquaculture, industry, and medical fields. In the future it will spread to most fields where liquids are used. For details, please see the page “Applications”

Q

Is it possible to clean the pipe of the bath heater with reheating? Please tell us about the OK Nozzle and the cleaning method.

A

If you are a cleaning professionals, the OK Nozzle used for pipe cleaning should be 14L / min to 25L / min.
For the water pressure, use a pump that makes the water pressure applied to the OK Nozzle 0.2MPa. After selecting a pump, please tell us the capacity and performance curve. We will determine if the pump is correct.
● If you are using a OK Nozzle for shower and are using a reheating type bath, remove the shower head and use it for cleaning.
● How to clean the piping of the bath heater with reheating
① Fill the bath with hot water.
②Fully open the valve of the gas self-intake port of the OK Nozzle, put it in a jacuzzi state, and put it on the piping port. (3-5 min)
③ Next, close the gas self-intake valve fully to generate fine bubbles. (3-5 min)
④ Repeat the above jacuzzi state and fine bubble generation about 3 times
⑤ In the final cleaning process, add 3-4 tablespoons of body soap (or detergent, etc.) in the jacuzzi state. Then, the jacuzzi state changes to the fine bubble generation state and the piping will be cleaned. It depends on the level of the stain, but 3 to 5 minutes should be fine.
⑥ At the end, drain the hot water for washing and add new hot water.
Put it in a jacuzzi state again and put the nozzle on the piping port to check the cleaning. If no dirt appears, cleaning is complete.

Is there any fine bubble generation nozzle for shower and bath?

A

There are two types: "OK Nozzle for shower" that connects to the shower in the bath and "OK nozzle for the shower hose end " that connects to the base of the shower hose in the bath. For details, see the "OK Nozzle for Bath/Shower" page in the OK Nozzle product list.

We would like to use it for fish farming. How much discharge should we use for the nozzle? Also, please tell us about the effect.

A

A

In the case of clam farming, since it is sea water, if it is around 10 m³ water tank, 100 L / min OK nozzle should work fine. Please see the examples of clam farming.

Using fine bubbles for clam farming

We would like to use fine bubbles for hydroponics. Is there any effect? Also, please tell us how to use it.

A

Leaf vegetables grow fast and become greener in color and become more tasty. The usage is to generate fine bubbles while circulating the water in the tank. The pump can either be for submersible or land use. If you want to try this, please let us know the total amount of water in hydroponics and the volume of the tank. We will select the most suitable OK Nozzle for you.

A

To select the right OK Nozzle, the entire irrigation cultivation system is required
① Is there irrigation directly from the well or is there an irrigation tank?
② Daily water amount, pump capacity, performance curve, pump piping size
③ Please tell us as much as possible about the irrigation system.
④ What vegetables are you cultivating?
⑤If we know the above information, we can make detailed suggestions, explanations, and advice including selecting the right OK Nozzles.
