Frozen Fish Roe Cleaning and Blood Removal with a 100 L/min OK Nozzle

Cleaning equipment and conditions

1. Seawater salinity: Approximately 0.3 %.

2. The cleaning equipment in the photo above was used. Steam was injected from the bottom of the tank.

3. Maximum pump water pressure: approximately 0.15 MPa. Please see the photo above for the position of the OK Nozzle.

4. Fine bubble water was generated to a slightly turbid level.

Effects of fine Bubble cleaning

1. The cleaning time was reduced.

2. Good yield was achieved without damaging or deforming damaging or deforming the fish roe.

3. According to the operator, the water felt softer and a large amount of protein-rich foam was generated.
