Fine bubbles are used to generate water and fertilizer for crop cultivation.

It also has the effect of promoting growth by increasing the dissolved oxygen concentration and activating plants and microorganisms with ultra-fine-bubbles. There are reports that it makes the crop resistant to diseases and cold weather damages too.

Also, fine bubbles are effectively used for washing the crops.

Major achievements in the agricultural field

● Irrigation culture of tomato and strawberry — Yield increased by approx. 20%  

● Cherry tomato irrigation culture — Yield  increased by 46%

● Spinach — Decrease of nitrate iron and  promotion of growth

● Lettuce water culture — Installed 500L/min OK Nozzle

● Hyogo Prefectural Agricultural Institute

● Experiment is being conducted by the successors in Shimane prefecture.

Main application examples in the agricultural field

Cherry tomato irrigation in Kumamoto Pref. Japan

A great harvest of cherry tomatoes with ultra-fine-bubbles!

Started in 2014

– Only by installing 200L/min OK Nozzle into the existing pipe

– 5% -35% increase of the yield, depending on the variety

– With well water

– Irrigation amount approx. 150%

– Liquid fertilizer not solidified

– Increased the amount of fertilizer

– The irrigation tube was also cleaned by fine bubbles

46% Yield increase in 2015

  1. Oxygen was added by 10%.
  2. Organic fertilizer was also made from pig excreta using OK Nozzle. (OKE-MB08FJ: 25L/min OK Nozzle)

Strawberry “Benihoppe” irrgation in Shizuoka Pref. Japan

Installed 100 L/min OK Nozzle to the piping. The use of fine bubbles resulted in a harvest of sweet, shiny, bright red strawberries.

As in the photos above, the growth was promoted greatly by the conditions below:

– 25L/min OK Nozzle 

– Using irrigation water for the farm 

– Cow dung as the fertilizer

– Irrigation: Once a week

Sprinkle fine bubbles in green tea plantation 

With the use of fine bubbles, the growth of young leaves are promoted.  (200L/min OK Nozzle, March 2018~)

The rank of the first picked tea went up from 9th to 2nd in a year, among the tea union members.
